New winner crowned in Ricki-Lee, Tim & Joel’s pumpkin carving contest

Getting right into the Halloween spirit, Nova’s Ricki-Lee, Tim & Joel held their fourth annual pumpkin carving contest yesterday and crowned a new winner.

Listeners voted for their favourite pumpkin creation.

In the end, it was Joel who claimed the prize:

Tim:  The results are in.

Joel:  Okay, Ricki. I hope you’ve got your acceptance speech ready?

Ricki-Lee: I don’t think that mine has gone down well with the voting public. I’m gonna get robbed for a second time.

Tim: The winner got 43% and second place got 36% The winners of course, Barbie girl!

Joel: My gosh, I’ve finally taken back the pumpkin crown. Thank you.
