NBA star gears up in Nova merch

Nova 919 Adelaide's morning announcer, Jarrod Walsh, is a long-time NBA fan.

In December last year Jarrod flew to the US with the intention of trying to meet Lebron James at a Miami Heat game, which as luck would have it he managed to do.

During the visit he struck up a friendship on Twitter with Ronny Turiaf who plays with the Minnesota Timberwolves in the NBA.

Jarrod sent a 'care pack' of Nova merchandise over to Turiaf, and he has tweeted a photo of himself in a Nova top this morning. Yes Jarrod is stoked. And starstruck.
