MRN shareholders to vote on merger today

In a little under half an hour, at 11am, the Macquarie Radio Network will commence an extraordinary general meeting at the Pyrmont offices.

This meeting is to obtain shareholder approval for the merger of Macquarie Radio Network with Fairfax Radio Network and is expected to be a formality.
