Mix 94.5 goes back to 1987

Clairsy, Shane and Kymba channelled their inner 80s hit makers for a Mix 94.5 outside broadcast on Friday.

(There was some debate as to whether Shane Mcfarlane was meant to be Michael Jackson or Adam Ant.)

Hoodoo Guru's legend Dave Faulkner was also at the breaky and the team partied like it was 1987.

Why 1987?

Mix listeners had been asked to tell the station about their favourite WA moments of the past 50 years and 1987 turned out to be the most popular year.

To score an invite to the breakfast, listeners had to register online. One listener scored $10,000 on the morning.
