Matt & Alex: Doin Numbers

triple j’s Matt & Alex have released  Doin’ Numbers,  while a song for anyone who racks mad stats, it’s about racking up big numbers for Headspace.

Headspace are the guys who do good work with taking care of young people dealing with mental illness. ‘Doin’ Numbers’ can be downloadedf rom iTunes and Google Play, with all proceeds going to them.

headspace added “triple j and its listeners will make a big difference to the mental health and wellbeing of young people across Australia. By helping headspace to help young people and their families get the support they need, when they need it, we can also reduce the stigma of mental health illness and let people know it’s ok to seek help.”
