Nine Radio has named Luke Davis 2GB Sydney’s new content manager.

Since joining the talk station as a member of Alan Jones’ breakfast team, Davis has served in a variety of positions including executive producer of the Continuous Call Team.

He also hosted Friday Night with Luke Davis on 2GB until late last year.

In the newly created role, Davis will oversee the day-to-day running of 2GB and assist with all sales and marketing campaigns. He reports to content boss Greg Byrnes.

Last month Nine Radio appointed former Triple M Brisbane staffer Max Dudley to lead 4BC content, as the network installs fresh leadership after taking over Macquarie Media.

Dudley is an experienced radio professional who has spent almost 10 years with Southern Cross Austereo, most recently as executive producer of The Big Breakfast.
