Locked away in a shopping centre raising cash – that’s the Spirit.

Pablo Newton led the breakfast team as Spirit Radio Karratha broadcast 28 hours straight late last week – going from  7am to the next day at 11am. Why?

To raise money for Telethon.

With no sleep they clocked over $10,000 with the marathon broadcast.

Pablo said:  “It’s always been my dream to be locked in a shopping centre overnight.. we were locked in to Centro Shopping Centre for the night and had lots of games – mini golf, dares, scooter races etc during the night”
