It was the segment that had Kyle and Jackie O tearing up.

This morning, the KIIS breakfast team helped a grandmother organise a secret reunion with her daughter and young grandchildren.

The woman's daughter Lynsey, 33, moved from Ireland to Australia years ago when she met the man of her dreams.
