Kate Meade leaves Adelaide radio to focus on passion project app

Kate Meade decided to depart her role as Executive Producer of the Mix 102.3 breakfast show with Max Burford and Ali Clarke at the end of 2023 when the Pavely app she created with and for son Chester, to create more inclusive communities in South Australia, began to consume most of her time.

Meade had previously been co-host of the Ace Radio Network’s Morning Rush show with Sean Cullen, host of the Women of Influence podcast and producer for Jonesy and Amanda on WSFM.

Meade has openly spoken about what it means to raise a child with autism. The Pavely app allows people to visit and rate locations for their inclusivity and accessibility, with Chester Meade Chief Cultural Officer.
