Happy to stay where she is

Nicely timed, fresh after their in-studio tiff last week at Kiis, Jackie O has made an appearance in the Telegraph’s Sydney Confidential  over the weekend talking about the breakfast show with Kyle.

 

“Who knows how long our show will go for?” said Jackie O

“That’s the unknown for me and always has been.”

“I would still love to continue doing the breakfast slot whether we continue doing it together or not. But right now, I’m not even thinking that way.”

On the fight in the studio?

 “We’ve been working together since I was 23 and I’m now nearly 40. Those kinds of big arguments rarely happen,”

Jackie O also talked about her career outside radio,

“I once filled in for Kylie Gillies with Larry Emdur on The Morning Show and I felt really comfortable in that mix of lifestyle and celebrity stories,” she says. “You have a lot of freedom and fun.”

Unlike Kyle who has built a number of businesses outside radio, Jackie O hasn’t yet, she has played with the idea of starting some kind of business telling the Telegraph, “I just don’t know what that is yet,”
