Gold104.3’s Power To The People pays out triple cash

Gold104.3‘s latest giveaway competition is called Power To The People, and on Monday Craig ‘Huggy’ Huggins was giving away triple the amount of bill-paying cash.

The premise of the tactic is simple. Listeners call up and quote the amount they need to pay off their bills and Gold104.3 coughs up the money.

“As the weather gets colder, those bills start to heat up! We are here to help you get your finance back in the black.”

“It could be your phone bill, school fees or electricity bill – GOLD104.3’s got your back!”

On Monday Huggy came up with the idea of promoting a “triple your Monday” version of the giveaway.

Huggy has previously used music by Johnny and Pat Cash, as well as the Power Rangers Theme, to sell the competition.
