Craig Bruce launches first Game Changers talent survey

Radio has never faced a more challenging time.

As an industry, radio has demonstrated its relevance during the frightening first days and weeks of the global health pandemic crisis in March.

Now there’s uncertainty for so many working in the biz with restructuring across all media, including radio, happening over the coming months and years.

Finding unique voices and shows who can speak directly to their audiences about the things that matter has never been more important.

Enter the Game Changers Talent Survey in partnership with former Radio Today editor Blair Sullivan from Create Consult Research. It takes less than 10 minutes to complete.

It’s the Australian radio industry’s first all-network, all-regions on-air talent survey.

Game Changers founder Craig Bruce said the insights will help shine a light on where the radio industry is at right now and where it needs to be in the future.

“The goal is to understand what’s happening on the ground for announcers and morning shows all over Australia and to recognise the challenges they face, regardless of ratings or market size.

“We’ll be sharing the insights from the survey on Radio Today,” Bruce said, “as well as publishing a special season of the Game Changers podcast to dissect and discuss the survey’s findings with industry experts, along with producers, announcers and programmers.”

The Game Changers Talent Survey is open now and closes August 16.
