Finalists announced for 2024 Tasmanian Media Awards

The Media Entertainment & Arts Alliance has announced the finalists for the 2024 Tasmanian Media Awards.

In selecting their 34 category finalists, the judges commented on the exceptional quality of the entries, and what a difficult job they faced.

The ABC is heavily featured, with Lucille Cutting, Clancy Balen and former Radio Today reporter Kim Napier among the finalists.

The winners will be revealed at a cocktail event on Friday, 31 May, at the Aura Event Space, Crowne Plaza Hotel, Hobart.

The 2024 Journalist Of The Year Award will also be announced on the night.
