Drinks are on Nova

From today, Nova are putting on the brewskis with Meshel, Tim & Marty throwing Karma Keg.

What is a Karma Keg party? Glad you asked. Here's the way it works;

Meshel, Tim & Marty are hosting an event at a designated pub in each state, with a beer brand supplying kegs for the attending thirsty listeners and Nova staff.

The keg is opened, however instead of charging for each drink, people make a donation of whatever kind for each drink they have. All money donated goes to a specific charity.

Meshell Laurie said; “When we heard about Karma Kegs we knew it was perfect for us to support because I love charity almost as much as Tim and Marty love beer”.

The first Karma Keg party is in Sydney tonight from 6.30 at Bungalow 8, and all money donated will go to the 'I Give A Buck' foundation, who raise money for the care of disabled and ill children and their families.

In Melbourne, the charity of choice is the Father Bob Maguire foundation, with Brisbane, Adelaide and Perth's charities yet to be determined.
