Double J’s First Year of Music

One year ago, the Double J brand re-emerged as triple j’s older sister.For Double J it’s about in-depth music features, docos, some new music and the stuff that their listeners grew up with.

Going out over mobile, online, digital radio and digital TV, Double J pulls in 524,000 listeners a week.

On Double J’s first year Myf Warhurst said:  “For me personally, it’s been a dream job. Not only do I get to play great music, I also get to have in-depth discussions with talented folk from all over the world. Whether it’s making Nick Cave laugh or meeting my 80s icon Neneh Cherry, every day around here has been a blast. It couldn’t have happened without our team of talented and dedicated people, and the many musicians who have enlightened us with their passion, knowledge and stories.”
