DAB+ Ratings: smooth relax debuts to 110,000 listeners

The latest DAB+ Radio Ratings see debuts from two stations, shaking up the expanding market.

NOVA Entertainment’s latest station smooth chill arrived in Sydney, Brisbane and Melbourne, and took 110,000 listeners in the final survey of 2019.

ARN’s Elf Radio made its yearly return to the airwaves, and caught the ears of 23,000 listeners.

Coles Radio remains the dominant digital station nation-wide, capping off the year with 249,000 listeners, while also being Melbourne’s top station with 77,000 (-8,000).

Meanwhile, The Edge is Sydney’s #1 DAB+ station with 103,000 (-20,000) and 97.3 The 90s is Brisbane’s best on 38,000 listeners (-1,000)

Adelaide listens most to Mix 90s with 24,000 (+1,000) and Perth prefers smooth: 36,000 (+2,000).
