ARN claws back 3 million shares from Kyle & Jackie O
In the latest move in the Kyle and Jackie v ARN court cases, ARN has reclaimed over 6 million shares that were part of the sign on deal when they agreed to deliver KIIS breakfast for the next ten years.
Kyle and Jackie were given 3.2 million shares each in a deal associated with the ten year agreement, but now that their contracts have been terminated, they cannot deliver on their commitments so ARN has acted to get the money back.
The share adjustment went through earlier this week, just in time for tomorrow’s company AGM.
As reported earlier, Jackie has raised the issue of an unsafe workplace in her court filings. Furhter documents have been filed thisk week.
Kyle Sandilands’ latest court documents, in reply to ARN’s case, “admit the 20 February 2026 conduct,” but “deny the allegation of bullying.” Sandilands reply takes issue with ARN’s “characterisation of that conduct.”
Sandilands’ reply submits that ARN “publicly exploited and thereby sought to monetise conduct of a similar kind engaged in by Ms Henderson without directing or requesting Mr Sandilands or, to the Sandilands Applicants’ knowledge, Ms Henderson not to engage in conduct of that kind.”
The Sandilands’ submission also says that ARN “knew that Mr Sandilands had engaged in the conduct referred to and did not direct or request Mr Sandilands not to engage in conduct of that kind.”
The AGM will be held tomorrow, Thursday 7 May.

ARN do like a clawback.
@Ex Direct eh eh eh love a clawback – especially when they are saying out aloud that they couldn’t keep an employee safe because she was a contractor. This is only the beginning.
as these shares we practically allocated, how about you divide these shares to the people that have been forced to leave via bullying or “redundancies”
MO, same goes for management and others at 2DayFM that allowed the rot to fester.
