ARN Celebrate ACRA Wins

ARN are first out the gate celebrating their wins at last night ACRAs

ARN congratulated WS FM’s Jonesy & Amanda on being named Metropolitan Best On-Air Team FMBut the celebrations didn’t stop there for the WSFM team with Jonesy & Amanda’s Executive Producer, Laura Viglino, winning the Best Show Producer (Entertainment/Music) award and Jonesy & Amanda taking home Best Syndicated Program for their national weekly show My Generation produced by Authentic Entertainment.

 Of the huge win, Amanda said: "This tops off an amazing year for our station and show as we celebrate our best year ever.”

 

 "Thank you to our team at ARN, and our wonderful WSFM listeners, we can't wait to go into our tenth year together, there's plenty more to come!" added Jonesy.

ARN’s National Content Director Duncan Campbell said,  “It has been an outstanding year for Jonesy & Amanda, and their whole breakfast show team. I’m thrilled to see the industry recognise both their talent and their focus on consistently developing and delivering great content that their audiences love. I congratulate them, and all ARN winners,”

Last night ARN celebrated wins across a range of categories in production, marketing, campaigns, sales and digital.

 KIIS 1065’s Derek Bargwanna took home Best Program Director, WS FM101.7’s Susie Michaels was named Best Direct Salesperson, the KIIS 1065 and Mix101.1 team (Phillippa Bridge, Tim Ross, Matthew Baseley, Madeline Joannou, Tim Lee and Annette George) claimed Best Multimedia Execution – Sales for their Rosso in Alice Springs campaign while Nick Condon awarded Best Digital Radio Format – Short Term for Elf Radio.

 Also on the winner’s podium for ARN was 104.7’s Scotty & Nige were named Country & Provincial Best On-Air Team (joint venture with SCA) and 104.7’s Scott Masters, Nigel Johnson & Zak Davies won the Best Marketing Campaign for Skyfire 2014 (JV with SCA).
