Amanda Unwin steps up at SCA

Southern Cross Austereo has appointed Amanda Unwin to the role of Head of Agency Sales – Sydney.

Currently a Group Sales Manager (GSM) in SCA Sydney’s agency sales team, this new role sees Amanda take responsibility for national budgets across digital, metro, regional and syndicated radio sales, heading up a team of 35.

After a role as Account Manager at ARN, Amanda moved to Austereo in 2008 working across agencies and some of the biggest radio advertisers in the country. In 2012, she became a GSM with Authentic Entertainment, returning to SCA in 2013 as GSM responsible for the team’s biggest radio contract negotiations for clients such as McDonald’s, Telstra & Woolworths.

Amanda said: “I am thrilled to be taking on the role of Head of Sydney Agency Sales across SCA radio, a business I have had a longstanding love and affinity for.”

“I feel very privileged to have the opportunity to lead a team of talented individuals as they continue to provide our agency partners and clients with market leading insight led ideation.
