92.5 Gold FM announces Ben Wood as new Brekky anchor

Experienced radio head Ben ‘The Wood’ Wood will return to the Gold Coast next month as the anchor of 92.5 Gold FM‘s Breakfast show.

Ben joins Bridge & Spida, with AJ having departed the show and the end of last year.

He most recently worked as the assistant content director of Triple M Melbourne, but is no stranger to the Gold Coast, having anchored The Rush Hour previously.

“We’re stoked to have Ben back home on Gold 92.5,” said SCA Gold Coast content director Corey Kay.

“With a heap of show experience and a love of the GC he’s a wonderful addition to the Number 1 breakfast show with Bridge and Spida.”

Ben kicks off his new role on Monday, March 18.
