90.9 Sea FM’s farewells Heather Maltman

Sea FM Gold Coast is saying goodbye to one-third of its Heather, Dan & Ben Breakfast show.

Heather Maltman is set to depart, after more than two years on the show, to focus on her family and her podcast.

She is also relocating to Sydney.

“We are sad that we will no longer get to enjoy Heather’s infectious personality around the building and within our family here at Sea FM,” said 90.9 Sea FM content director Corey Kay.

“We understand and completely support her need to be back in Sydney to focus on her passion project.”

“In a short two and half years a lot has been achieved, from ratings success to original ideas and events, Heather has been at the forefront as a key member of the team.

“I’d like to thank Heather for her passion and dedication since arriving on the Gold Coast, and we can’t wait to watch her on her next exciting endeavour.”

Dan & Ben will continue to broadcast Brekky on Sea FM, 5am-9am Weekdays.

“We are so excited for Heather, it has been a great two and a bit years doing Sea breakfast together,” they said.

“We have no doubt she will smash it in Sydney.”
