White turns Maroon

After 9 months in Hobart, 7HO FM General Manager Steve White has resigned from Grant Broadcasters to return to Queensland as Promotions & Marketing Director with Fairfax Radio working on 4BH and 4BC.

Prior to his time in Hobart Steve was Network Promotions Director for 2GB and 2CH, and worked with Sea FM and Mix Fm on the Sunshine Coast. Steve will begin in Brisbane on Tuesday 2 April.

Announcing the appointment, 4BC and 4BH General Manager David McDonald commented;

“We consider ourselves lucky to have been able to secure someone of Steve’s calibre and experience to join our team for this crucial role in our operation and within the Fairfax Radio Network".

Steve said;

“I cannot wait to begin in my new role with 4BC & 4BH, and working for the Fairfax Radio Network. The opportunity to work closely with the Executive team to improve and progress 4BC and 4BH’s ratings position in the Brisbane market was such an exciting challenge".
