Wave launch great local campaign

Wave FM in Wollongong have launched a clever local campaign called 'Wave FM's Apple for the Teacher'.

Driven through the Jade & Travis Breakfast show, Wave FM are looking for the Illawarra's most popular school teacher. The winning teacher will score an Apple MacBook Pro, and every kid in the class will receive an Apple iPOD shuffle.

Great way to guarantee a swarm of voting from the kids. Smart stuff from Wave. Voting crashed the Wave FM server with over 120,000 votes for 300 teachers in the first 30 hours.
