Wave 96.5’s Lyndal & Crammy bring back Aerobics Oz Style … with a twist

Many a kid would remember waking up and watching Aerobics Oz Style before CheeseTV in the 90’s … especially Wave 96.5’s Crammy.

Aerobics Oz Style has had a huge resurgence on social media lately and Lyndal & Crammy wanted to bring it back. But they wanted to bring it to the Illawarra … and invite listeners to be a part of the moment.

This morning, for the first time in over 20 years, Lyndal and Crammy revived the nostalgia and fluorescent leotards with their Aerobics Gong Style Event.

They even managed to secure the original cast member of Aerobics Oz Style, Wendi Carroll, to instruct the class. Channelling the original show incredible outdoor settings, Lyndal and Crammy

chose one of Wollongong’s most iconic locations on Flagstaff Hill with 360-degree views of the lighthouse and beach.

As the sun rose, Lyndal and Crammy broadcast live whilst simultaneously streaming the aerobics class on social media.
