Urzila Carlson opens up about her Hollywood debut with Carrie & Tommy

New Zealand comedian Urzila Carlson this week joined the Hit Network’s Carrie & Tommy to share exclusive details about her upcoming role in the Adam Sandler-produced Netflix movie Kinda Pregnant with Amy Schumer.

Carlson spilled that she is gearing up for a US press tour that includes appearances on The Drew Barrymore Show and attending the Superbowl, though she admitted she wasn’t sure if she was allowed to talk about the junket.

Urzila laughed as she told Carrie and Tommy “I can’t wait to be so rich, and so famous, that I never have to talk to you two again.”

Urzila also offered some advice for Tommy as he enters his forties:

“Honestly, in my 40s, I got divorced but my career did really well. So, you don’t have any of that (laughs). You’re going to start hurting in places where you don’t know you have body parts. Honestly, I care less about other people … I like to go with the flow. In my 20s, I thought I did that, and in my 30s, I thought I didn’t care what other people think, but in my 40s I realised I really don’t care what other people think.”
