Dalby, Queensland. Population: 12,000.

Population on June 2nd? About double that.

Dalby has been selected as the venue for a massive concert put on by Triple J featuring some of Australia's biggest artists.

The free show is expected to attract over 10,000 people, and will be held on Saturday 2 June.

Artists playing at the show will be Matt Corby, Temper Trap, 360 and Stonefield. One local band will also be given the chance to perform through the Triple J Unearthed feature.

"It's our pleasure every year to bring our One Night Stand concert to parts of Australia that are hungry for live music," said Triple J Manager Chris Scaddan

"Southern Queensland has had a tough time over the past couple of years, so they deserve an event like this more than ever. We're looking forward to getting to know the people of Dalby a bit better and bringing their stories and this concert to the rest of the country."
