triple j announces winners of the 2022 J Awards
triple j, Double J, rage and triple j Unearthed are celebrating the best in Australian music for the 18th edition of the J Awards.
The awards are the pinnacle of Ausmusic Month. It’s the time when we get to acknowledge the outstanding musical talent growing in our own backyard.
The winners of the five award categories are voted on by music presenters, producers and programmers across triple j, Double J, rage, and Unearthed.
They are chosen for their creativity, originality, technical excellence, and contribution to Australian music.

“He’s also a youth ambassador who’s been involved with songwriting workshops, raising mental health awareness, and last year launched the Know Role Models podcast, kicking off with AFL legend Adam Goodes.”
