‘Trial By Kyle’ picked up by Network Ten for full series

Trial By Kyle has been picked up for a full series in 2019.

The news broke on the Kyle and Jackie O show on Monday, with the show’s leading man Kyle Sandilands revealing that his show was the only pilot from Network Ten’s Pilot Week to proceed to series.

Chatting with actress Rebecca Gibney on KIIS 106.5 about her new show Wanted, Kyle flipped the tables and asked her if she’d seen his show, to which she responded she hadn’t.

“Channel Ten did that Pilot Week shit and then I was the only one that got picked up,” Kyle said.

“So now I’ve actually got to do something.”

Gibney responded; “Well that’s good!”

Kyle didn’t seem too pleased, conceding “I don’t know why I did it.”

The KIIS host also revealed the show is going to air in February next year.

“I was both happy the show got picked up by Network 10 and saddened with the thought of all that work I just made for myself,” Kyle told Radio Today.
