Today Network adjust positioner

The Today network have been using the 'Fresh Hits and First Plays' positioner for a while in conjunction with '(city)'s #1 Hit Music Station'.

Nova also adopted the term 'Fresh Hits' with their positioning.

Now the Today network have removed 'Fresh Hits and First Plays' and are using 'Hits Always'.
