Tim’s Cherry Pie beer creation

A few weeks ago Tim Blackwell from Nova's drive show created his own boutique beer, 'Tim's Cherry Pie'.

4 Pine’s brewery enlisted Tim, and well known Melbourne chef Andrew McConnell, to create their own beer using some of their favourite foods.

Tim’s Cherry Pie was a 'light bodied lager with a natural cherry infusion spiced with vanilla, cocoa and cinnamon'.

Last night the beers were launched at The Builders Arms in Fitzroy. At the launch was Nova 100 breakfast announcer Kate Langbroek, dmg Radio’s Assistant Group Program Director Mike Cass, Claire McLennan from Profile Talent, along with Nova producers Liza Altarejos and Maggie Looke.

Meshel, Tim & Marty are also giving away a party for 20 people in each state so everyone can taste Tim’s Cherry Pie beer.

Apparently 4 Pine’s like Tim's beer so much they are talking about bottling the beer and extending its availability.
