Biggest challenge facing your stations in the next 12-months?

Launching a new breakfast show for Sea FM.

Rebuilding the perception that we are a digitally focused brand /station via streaming, social but primarily our own digital content via our own URL’s.

The year in review, what are you most pleased with from 2015.

Pleased with the level of talent that is part of our stable here on the Central coast.

We’ve had 4 talent poached to bigger and better things this year.
