Gemma Fordham is Southern Cross Austereo’s Head of Content for the Hit Network, ahead of Survey #1 for 2016 we caught up with Gemma. In Part 2 we talk about her time with Kyle and Jackie O, are they still friends?  – “I’m very proud of the things I did with them”.

How important is it to have the backing of your CEO in a Group Programming Role, in her case Grant Blackley?  “For me it’s critical….. I really respond well to knowing what the strategy is for the  business as a whole……  not just radio… not just content…”
