The Spin: Survey 1 2023
The latest from the PR and Marketing teams about Survey 1 of 2023.
SCA Chief Content Officer Dave Cameron regarding today’s Survey 1 radio ratings results:
“It’s a fantastic day when SCA has the most listened to station in Australia, and today The Fox in Melbourne takes back that No.1 position with a huge weekly audience of 1.32 million listeners, driven by strong increases from Melbourne’s highest listened to breakfast show, Fifi, Fev and Nick growing to 669,000 weekly audience.
Excitingly, our two brand new Breakfast shows have also started strongly, with Mick Molloy joining MG on Triple M Sydney to deliver our largest Breakfast audience cume in eight years, and Bec and Soda in Adelaide rising nearly two points to deliver SAFM’s best breakfast result in over a decade.
However, we simply couldn’t be happier with another brilliant No.1 FM Breakfast result in Adelaide for Roo, Ditts and Loz on Triple M, Adelaide’s favourite Breakfast show.
Nationally, The Marty Sheargold Show at 3pm continues its dominance of 25-54 men around the country, likewise Carrie and Tommy on the Hit Network have delivered strong results across the country.
Our focus across the country this year remains on delivering the biggest audience in our core commercial demographic, and today we’re rapt to again be No.1 25-54 All People nationally, alongside the Hit Network which is No.1 overall 25-54 and No. 1 Women 25-54, and Triple M No.1 25-54 Men nationally.”
