Jingles are somewhat of a rarity on radio stations these days, but in the 70s they were all the rage.

And 3XY got right in on the act, have a listen to these beauties from 'the vault' featuring a whole bunch of names we all know.

First check out this one featuring a radio programming legend who apparently used to 'rock you till your day is done'.

And he wasn't the only jock 'rocking you';

Not all of them rocked you, sometimes they 'knew their music';

but some just 'rocked Melbourne';

rocked you 'off your feet' that is;

and the brekky jock wanted to 'lie in if he could' apparently;

and some just rocked;

even in the pubs;
