The Neurodivergent Woman Podcast returns for a fourth season

Clinical Psychologist Monique Mitchelson and Clinical Neuropsychologist Michelle Livock have returned with their DM Podcasts series, covering autism, ADHD and everything in between.

In the first episode, Michelle and Monique explore and discuss the signs and symptoms of autistic burnout, how to recognise the signs, how to alleviate the stresses and how to prevent total overload.

“We are both so excited to release Season 4 of the podcast! We are covering really important topics and interviewing guests that represent the wonderful diversity of the Neurodivergent community,” said Monique.

“With each season we aim to provide free quality psychological information about neurodivergence and interview neurodivergent women and non-binary people on their lived experiences. This is an important conversation to be part of, so thank you for tuning in and being part of the wave of change around neurodivergence and disability!”

The girls also explore perfectionism, friendships, relationships in adulthood and more in the fourth season.

With new episodes dropping each Monday, you can find The Neurodivergent Woman Podcast wherever you get your podcasts.

Transcripts for each episode are also available on The Neurodivergent Woman Podcast website.
