Emma Freedman to Breakfast on Triple M

The rumour mill for a number of stations and shows is starting to heat up, as it generally does at this time of the year, and one of the least surprising ones has been given the mainstream press treatment in the Daily Telegraph today.

Emma Freedman currently co-hosts National Nights on the Hit Network, and has been filling in on the Grill Team on Triple M Sydney a few times of late.

Presumably, Triple M haven’t been doing it without some objective in mind….and the obvious conclusion is that they will be looking to broaden out the appeal of the current, reasonably blokey, Breakfast Show.

According to the Telegraph it’s a done deal, and Radio Today has heard the same thing from multiple sources – so it appears almost certain that Emma will be on Triple M Sydney’s Breakfast Show for 2017.

There has been no announcement, or confirmation, from Southern Cross Austereo.
