Tassie battler wins $10,000 with Triple M’s Kaz & Tubes

A Glenorchy local is set to fulfil her dream of travelling around Tasmania, after scoring $10,000 in Triple M’s Tassie Trivia competition.

Last week, the final eight contestants met in Hobart with Triple M’s Kaz & Tubes for the final rounds, with the last person standing given the chance to win $100,000.

That person was Kay.

Kay, who undergoes dialysis three days a week, told Kaz & Tubes she hoped to win enough money to be able to travel around Tasmania and experience live shows.

Kay was asked to choose one envelope out of 30. She picked number 7, and to her delight, it contained a prize of $10,000.
