SYN hit the road

Straight after this weeks Festival of SYN, being run by SYN Media, they are heading to Bendigo to hold a youth engagement forum.

The free forum will assist local community radio stations, youth workers, community groups and others working in similar fields to create media opportunities for young people in regional Victoria.

SYN GM Tahlia Azaria says:

"We know that access to SYN is an empowering experience for many young people in metropolitan Melbourne, and we want to see those same opportunities extended to young people all across Victoria."

"We strongly believe that access to media skills and broadcast platforms is a great way to build confidence and connect young people with their local community."

The event will be held on on April 18.
