smooth’s Festival of Chocolate

NOVA Entertainment is again celebrating everything decadent about chocolate, as The Rocks in Sydney is transformed for the smooth Festival of Chocolate.

smoothfm’s Melissa Doyle, Richard Wilkins, David Campbell and breakfast and daytime line-up will be on location in the smooth star suite.  Cameron Daddo will host the Callebaut Test Kitchen featuring demonstrations from the industry’s most celebrated identities including  Adriano Zumbo and Shangri-La Hotel Sydney’s Executive Pastry Chef Anna Polyviou.

 The West Promenade Lawn will feature a pop up Garden Bar overlooking Sydney Harbour. Australian Chocolate Diamonds  and Arnott’s Tim Tam will also create a $20,000 two carat chocolate diamond ring, that someone will win over the weekend.

The smooth smooth Festival of Chocolate is on Saturday 12 September – 10am to 8pm & Sunday 13 September – 10am to 5pm and entry is free.
