Smooth add another star to weekend lineup

Staff Writer

Ronan Keating is the next music star to have his own Sunday morning show on smooth fm in Sydney and Melbourne.

His show will start December 29 from 9am and will be on for a few months. Ronan will also host a 2 hour Christmas Eve special, airing from 2pm after Michael Buble's show.

Paul Jackson, dmg Radio Australia’s Group PD said:

“We are delighted to have Ronan join smoothfm for the next few months. The station launched in May and in seven months has already made a big impact with listeners in Sydney and Melbourne. We have secured high profile international artists like Michael Bublé, Seal, Lionel Richie, Barry Gibb and Kylie Minogue to sit alongside Australia’s finest such as Cameron Daddo, Richard Wilkins, David Campbell, David Reyne and Jason Donovan and a strong weekday lineup.

Sydney and Melbourne have embraced their easy place to relax so quickly and 2013 will only build on our success to date.”
