Smallzy lands exclusive chat with Paris Hilton

Paris Hilton has reflected on her twenty years in the spotlight during an exclusive interview with the KIIS Network’s Kent ‘Smallzy’ Small.

Opening up about her personal life, Paris confessed she had almost given up on love before unexpectedly meeting her husband, Carter.

Now a mum, she says everything has changed – after non-stop travel, she’s learned to say no.

Smallzy: “I don’t know if you’re worried for your safety but were there times when you have been mobbed and you’ve just gone, ‘That was a lot, that was crazy.”

Paris: “Yeah. I’ve been doing this for so many years. But, you know, sometimes when I land at airports, there’s 10,000 people there and everyone is just going insane. And even if I have a big security team, it’s hard to get everyone to calm down. But I don’t know, I think I’ve gotten so used to it from doing it for so long.”

Smallzy: “Last time we spoke, you said that you spent 250 days of the year on a plane. You were travelling and doing the DJ thing. Relentless. What does life look like today for you?”

Paris: “Yeah. For two decades, I was travelling over 250 days out of the year. And now that I’m a mum, I’ve learned the word no. So, I turn things down all the time. Like, unless something is iconic, worth my time or meaningful, I’m not going to do it. I just don’t have time.”

After more than two decades at Nova, Smallzy this month made his on-air debut at ARN.
