After spending the last eight years at SCA in various leadership roles, Trevor Crook is off on a new career adventure.

Crook – who most recently led SCA’s Melbourne team as General Manager – has been appointed as CEO of culture and leadership consultancy Leading Teams, effective 1 July 2026.

Crook brings more than 25 years’ experience across media, sales and sport to his role as CEO.

Prior to SCA, he worked across media, partnerships and commercial strategy, including as Head of Investment at Mindshare, Commercial Team Manager at the City of Melbourne and Group Business Manager at Nine Network Australia.

“Leading Teams has built an outstanding reputation for helping leaders and teams strengthen culture and performance, and I have seen first-hand the impact of its work,” said Crook. “I look forward to working alongside the team, our facilitators and clients to build on that strong foundation and help shape the next phase of the organisation’s growth.”
