Radiothon begins today in SA

5tcbFM – a community station in Bordertown, South Australia – kicks off its annual Radiothon today, to raise money for a much-needed upgrade.

The goal this year is to raise $15,000.

The station says “In recent years we’ve shared that our equipment is ageing and breaking down quite consistently. We want to upgrade our facilities.”

The Radiothon started with the breakfast show this morning and will run through until Friday. More details here.
