Radio is learning from social media controversy

CEO of UM (Universal McCann), Mat Baxter, believes radio will continue to learn from the social media controversies of the last couple of years to make us the "most qualified" media industry to deal with these events.

Baxter also suggests that the “problem of negative perception” has impacted the entire radio industry, and that networks would be developing solid response strategies for any future controversy.
