Podnews acquires Podcast Business Journal

Podcasting industry newsletter Podnews has announced the acquisition of Podcast Business Journal, a newsletter from Streamline Publishing Inc.

Podnews operates a free daily newsletter with over 26,500 daily subscribers containing details of news, jobs and events throughout the podcast industry.

Podcast Business Journal will become a weekly newsletter, containing the latest news, headlines and in-depth interviews with podcast business leaders. Streamline Publishing Inc launched Podcast Business Journal in 2018 which was edited by Ed Ryan, and published by Deborah Parenti. For the transaction, Gary Krantz, CEO at KMG Capital | M&A Advisors (a division of Krantz Media Group) served as the exclusive advisor to Streamline Publishing.
