PMFM’s 23rd Anniversary

Hot on the heels of b105’s 25th anniversary reunion, Perth's PMFM had a reunion this week as well, for their 23rd Anniversary. 

ARN Group CD Duncan Campbell caught up with Gary Shannon, Paul Redman and Amanda Walsh plus PMFM's former General Manager, Murray Korff.

Duncan told Radio Today:  “It was back in the day when Kerry Packer owned the station. Gary Shannon was on breakfast and I put the news reader Amanda Walsh and Paul Redman, who was working on the street team together with Gary as the PMFM Morning Crew. The chemistry was instant. It just clicked in the most extraordinary way.”

PMFM dominated the ratings in the 90's. The station rated a 28% share with the PM Breakfast show rating over 30%.
