Peter Cosgrove new APN Chairman

APN News & Media Limited, the parent company of ARN and TRN, have appointed Peter Cosgrove as Chairman of the Board.

He has been a Board member since December 2003.

Cosgrove's new role starts immediately.

There is no news yet as to who will become CEO of the company.

This comes a day after APN confirmed the departure of Chairman Peter Hunt, CEO Brett Chenoweth, and three independent directors, Melinda Conrad, John Harvey and John Maasland. See more here.
