“Pack your bags!” Lyndal & Crammy surprise Illawarra mum with flights to be reunited with her daughter

Wave 96.5’s Lyndal and Crammy might be all about  fun in the mornings, but for those listening today, there wasn’t a dry eye in the Illawarra.

The Breakfast duo brought back their Reunite Flight, inviting local listeners to register to nominate themselves or their mum to be reunited with their children for Mother’s Day on Sunday.

Peter from Shell Cove nominated his mum Vicky to be reunited with her daughter Flora, who’s moved to Hobart along with her husband and six young children.

This morning Lyndal and Crammy surprised Vicky at her doorstep with a suitcase and a booked flight to Hobart for tonight.

Vicky was completely overwhelmed and there were lots of happy tears. But Vicky wasn’t the only one surprised.

Lyndal and Crammy then called Flora live on-air, for Vicky to break the news that she would be coming to Hobart.

Flora exclaimed “The is the best Mother’s Day present!”
