NOVA Entertainment has announced a new local leadership structure for its Perth business, revealing several key promotions as part of the restructure.

The move follows the passing of Perth commercial director & market lead Jamie Martinovich recently.

Siobhan Siegert is set to lead the Perth office, in addition to her current role as head of branded entertainment division, CREATE (Perth and Adelaide). Meanwhile, there are promotions for Nina Santella and Antonell Doyle.

Santella becomes the head of agency sales, while Doyle steps in the role of head of direct sales, and both will assist Siegert in running the commercial team in the west.

NOVA Entertainment chief commercial officer Peter Charlton paid tribute to Martinovich. “Jamie was a much- loved and valued friend and colleague, deeply committed to the betterment of the business and its culture.

“His time with us saw Nova 93.7 earn its position as Perth’s #1 station, among numerous other milestones. It’s our commitment to continue to reflect his values and ethos into the future.”

Charlton also said Siegert is the perfect person to entrust with Martinovich’s legacy. “We have complete faith in Siobhan’s ability to lead the Perth team into 2020 and beyond,” he said.

“With the ongoing support and expertise of Antonell and Nina, we consider Jamie’s legacy in very safe hands.”

NOVA Entertainment’s new Perth leadership structure will come into place from November 11.
