This morning on Nova 100’s Jase & Lauren, Jase Hawkins revealed he’s pulling his nine-year-old son out of school for his first-ever trip to the snow … and his co-hosts are coming along for the ride.

The impromptu family adventure quickly became a team takeover, with the brekky team set to broadcast live from Mt Buller this Thursday (24 July), as Victoria enjoys a bumper snow season.

And while the team prepares to swap the mics for ski gear, they’re also giving listeners a chance to score their own snowy escape … with a musical twist.

Jase: There is one thing we love doing on this show. We love hearing people sing for their prizes. Last time we gave away like a $6,000 mattress and we said, sing for your sleep … So this time we are doing ‘Sing for the Snow.

Lauren: Sing for the snow Melbourne, you’ve got 24 hours to write a song. Work on it today with the family.

Jase & Lauren can be heard from 6am to 9am on Nova 100 in Melbourne. Listeners can stream the show live or catch up with the daily podcast by downloading the Nova Player.
